Our CHC Delivering Health services to 21 (Twenty One) Gram Panchayat of Talcher Block through 3 (Three) PHCs, 21 (Twenty One) Sub Centers with Dynamic Doctors and supervising staffs. CHC have a vision to Develop Physical, Mental & Spiritual aspect of health among people of Talcher Block. Unremitting zeal and devotion , professional competence help and maintain a clean hygiene and Swachha Hospital.
